# クラウドERP「ZAC」、新オプション「電子証憑保管オプション」を年内提供 ―2022年1月施行・改正電帳法に対応、領収書の電子保存がZACで実現！―

クラウドERP「ZAC」（以下、ZAC）を提供する株式会社オロ（本社：東京都目黒区、代表取締役社⻑：川田 篤　以下、オロ）は、2022年1月より施行される改正電子帳簿保存法（以下、改正電帳法）への対応として、2021年内にZACの新オプション「電子証憑保管オプション」を提供することを報告いたします。初回リリースでは領収書が、そして2022年4月の追加リリースでは受取請求書がZACで電子保存可能になります。

## ■本サービスを新たに提供する背景（改正電帳法の概要）

電子帳簿保存法は、経理業務の電子化による生産性の向上および記帳水準の向上などを目的に、国税関係帳簿（仕訳帳、総勘定元帳など）や国税関係書類（財務諸表、請求書、領収書など）を電子データで保存することを認めています。

2022年1月から施行される改正電帳法では、国税関係帳簿書類を電子保存する際に必要だった「税務署長の事前承認」が不要になるなど、電子保存の要件が大幅に緩和されています。そのため事業者にとっては電子保存の取り組みを進めやすくなりました。  
一方、2024年1月以降、請求書や領収書をはじめとする**取引関係書類を「電子取引」で授受した場合、現行法で認められている「紙での保存」が不可**となり、改正電帳法に定められている要件を満たす形式で**電子保存することが義務化**されました。

「電子取引」にはメールでのPDFファイルの授受やWebサービスでのファイル授受などが含まれるため、取引関連書類のやり取りをペーパーレス化している事業者にとっては早急な対応方針の検討が必要になっています。

上記の背景を踏まえて、オロは基幹業務システムであるZACで取引関連書類の電子保存を可能にすべく、従来より提供している「ファイル管理モジュール」の機能を強化し、タイムスタンプ機能を備えたオプション機能を年内に提供開始いたします。

## ■ZACの新オプション「電子証憑保管オプション」とは

電子証憑保管オプションでは、下記2点の取引関連書類をZACで保管可能となります。

- 領収書
- 受取請求書

初回リリースで対応する領収書の電子保存機能では、ZACにアップロードした領収書ファイルにタイムスタンプを付与できるほか、経費明細と領収書の紐づけや日付・金額・取引先などでの領収書検索が可能です。

## ■ZACで領収書・受取請求書を管理するメリット

ZACを用いた領収書・受取請求書の電子保存には、ワークフローの一元化と、それによる業務効率化・内部統制強化といった「基幹業務システムならではのメリット」がございます。

ワークフローの一元化とはつまり、ZACを活用した業務フローに沿って証憑のチェックが可能であることを意味しています。たとえばZACで経費精算の申請をする場合、現場のユーザーは金額や支払先などのデータをZACに入力して電子申請を行いますが、その際に上長・経理担当者が経費データの明細だけでなく領収書データのチェックも一気に行えます。

そのため、電子証憑保管オプションを活用すれば改正電帳法に対応できるだけでなく、申請内容と証憑を突合する手間の削減や、税務調査が入った際の証憑の検索・提出の手間削減といった業務効率化が見込まれます。さらに証憑保管が基幹業務システムのワークフローに組み込まれることで、手運用で改正電帳法に対応する場合に比べて、内部統制をより強固に構築できます。
