クラウドERP「ZAC」（以下、ZAC）を提供する株式会社オロ（本社：東京都目黒区、代表取締役社長執行役員：川田 篤　以下、オロ）は、SES・準委任型ビジネスモデルの販売管理業務を効率化する新オプション機能「SES管理オプション」の提供を開始したことをお知らせします。

## ■新機能「SES管理オプション」の提供背景

クラウドERP「ZAC」はIT・広告・コンサルティングなど「案件・プロジェクト単位で業務が進行する」業界に特化したERPとして、企業の業務効率化や経営データ可視化などの支援を行ってきました。

昨今のビジネス環境の激しい変化に対応するため、企業において外部の高度な専門技能を持つ人材を戦略的に調達・活用する動きが加速しており、特にZACが特化してきたIT・コンサルティング業界でも、プロフェッショナル人材による「人月単位」での役務提供（SESや準委任契約）は、今後も更に進むと予測されています。

SESや準委任契約では稼働の実績に応じた複雑な請求額計算が必要ですが、多くの企業ではこれらを手作業や独自に構築した表計算ソフトで属人的に管理しているケースが多く見られます。ガバナンスの欠如や人的ミスによる業務の遅延、請求・支払いにおける透明性の欠如に課題を持つ企業によるシステム化のニーズが高まっています。

## ■「SES管理オプション」の概要・提供スキーム

ニーズの高まりを受けて、オロでは、SES・準委任型ビジネスを効率化する新サービス「Perluna」をリリースしました。「Perluna」はSES・準委任型ビジネス特有の多様で複雑な契約・請求管理に対応し、販売管理業務を効率化することが可能です。

ZACの「SES管理オプション」は新サービス「Perluna」と密接に連携するオプションです。本機能を利用することで、従来のプロジェクト型の事業・サービスに加えて、SES・準委任型のビジネスまでを効率的に一元管理することが可能となります。

## ■「SES管理オプション」の活用ポイント

① SES特有の複雑な契約ロジックを標準化し、計算ミスをゼロに  
時間単価、固定報酬、上下幅による超過控除精算など、人月単位の役務提供ビジネス特有の多様な精算条件に対応しています。「手作業が発生しやすいプロセス」をシステム内で完結させることで、精度の高い請求・売上計算を自動化します。

② 工数から請求金額を自動計算  
エンジニア・技術者が登録した勤怠・工数のデータを基に、各契約の個別条件に応じて請求金額が自動計算され、請求データの作成が可能。これにより請求金額の計算の手間とミスが無くなり、請求業務の負担が軽減されます。

③ 契約ライフサイクルの一元管理により、手続き漏れを徹底防止  
取引先・契約・要員ごとに異なる契約条件や期間をデータベース化して管理可能です。契約満了を検知するアラート機能により、多忙な現場で発生しがちな契約更新の漏れや手続き遅延を未然に防止します。

※「SES管理オプション」は、弊社クラウドERP「ZAC」と連携して利用するオプション機能（有料）です。ご利用には「ZAC」のご契約が必要となります。本オプションの諸条件や、「ZAC Enterprise」をご利用中のユーザー様につきましては、別途弊社担当までお問い合わせください。  
※なお、本オプションと連携するサービス「Perluna」は、単体でのご利用も可能です。
