クラウドERP「ZAC」（以下、ZAC）を提供する株式会社オロ（本社：東京都目黒区、代表取締役社長執行役員：川田 篤 以下、オロ）は、ZACの新オプション「Power BI連携オプション」の提供を開始したことをお知らせいたします。

## ■本オプションを提供する背景

オロはこれまで、Amazon Web Servicesが提供するBIサービス「Amazon QuickSight」とZACを連携する「QuickSight連携オプション」を提供してきました。同オプションは累計100社以上の企業様にご導入いただき、ZAC内に蓄積された売上・利益・勤怠データ等をタイムリーに可視化するための基盤として活用されています。  
一方、ZACをご利用いただくユーザー様の多くは、日常業務においてMicrosoft 365をはじめとするMicrosoft製品を広くお使いです。「すでに社内でPower BIを導入しており、ZACのデータもPower BIで分析したい」というご要望を多数いただいていたことから、QuickSight連携と同等の機能をPower BIでも実現できる本オプションの開発・提供に至りました。

 

## ■新機能「Power BI連携オプション」概要

本オプションでは、Microsoftが提供するBIサービス「Power BI」と連携することで、ZACに日々蓄積される売上・利益・勤怠・経費データといった様々な経営データを豊富なビジュアルで可視化し、経営ダッシュボードとして社内に公開・共有することを可能にします。ダッシュボードを作成して公開するだけでなく、売上・採算・リソース・勤怠・営業プロセスなど多角的な経営指標をリアルタイムに把握できるため、より精緻な経営判断の実現を支援します。

 

## ■「Power BI連携オプション」の特徴

#### 特徴① ノーコードで連携可能な専用コネクタ

オロが独自提供するZACのBIコネクタを活用することで、専門的なプログラム開発をすることなく、ノーコードで手軽にZACとPower BIを接続できます。QuickSight連携で実績を積み重ねてきたコネクタ技術をPower BIに対応させたものであり、安定した動作と充実したサポートを提供します。

#### 特徴② 導入後すぐに利用できるダッシュボードテンプレート

QuickSight連携オプションと同様に、導入直後から経営データの分析を開始できるダッシュボードテンプレートをご提供します。売上見込みを年度単位から案件単位まで掘り下げたフォーキャスト管理、部門別予算とZACデータを組み合わせた予実比較（人月あたり粗利・時間あたり営業利益）、担当者別キャスティング状況のリソース可視化、36協定超過リスクのモニタリング、引合件数・遷移率による営業プロセスのボトルネック分析など、知的サービス業の経営に必要なKPIを多角的に把握することができます。

#### 特徴③ データ条件を自由に設定できるカスタムテーブル機能

ZACのアウトプットAPIのデータ取得条件（引数）をブラウザから指定し、Amazon AthenaのテーブルとしてPower BIから参照できるようにする機能です。非エンジニアの方でも、任意の切り口での集計・分析や予算対比を実現できます。データ更新スケジュールの設定や過去データの保持にも対応しており、時系列での経営データ管理も可能です。

※本機能は弊社サービス「ZAC」のオプション機能（有料）です。ご利用には「ZAC」のライセンスおよびアウトプットAPI出力オプションの契約が必要です。「ZAC Enterprise」をご利用中のユーザー様は別途弊社担当までお問い合わせください。
